Plaswheels® are great for spacing either horizontal or vertical reinforcement in precast and most cast-in-place concrete construction applications. Plaswheels® are particularly good as side m spacers in walls, columns, tanks, and vaults.
Plaswheels® are the most universally accepted spacer available as the can be used for both wire mesh and rebar and are molded in a wide variety of covers.

This product design can be used in most reinforced concrete applications for supporting both vertical and horizontal steel. The Plasclip® is ideally suited for either precast or on-site concrete applications. Plasclips® are designed to accommodate rebar sizes from #3-#6 and up to 20 mm.

Each of our High Stack Chairs has stacking features allowing precasters to combine chairs to achieve a wide range of extended cover requiremetns or to properly support two heavy-duty layers of reinforcement.
Spillman's concrete Spacemen are designed as a double cover spacer that can carry heavy duty rebar and mesh loads. Spacemen are designed with concrete that exceeds 8,000 psi and are manufactured with both coarse and fine aggregates. Each spacer has an opening in the center to allow for securing to the reinforcing.

Chain Guards are made of virgin plastic designed to protect the edges of precast units from chains and strapping devices during transportation.

Econo-Bolster is a new slab bolster product molded from concrete gray PC/ABS recycled material. Each piece measures 26.5" from connection to connection and is stackable, allowing precasters to use a single product for both upper and lower bolster applications.
Strongback E-Z Slab Bolster is an all plastic product that is designed to separate two layers of rebar or mesh. It can be used in flat slabs, walls, bridge beams, or any other heavy duty application. All pieces are 2'6" long with interlocking end clips. Support legs are spaced 1½" apart.

Since Spillman first began selling EZY-STRYP® magnets, we've fabricated hundreds of custom magnetic side rail solutions. Whether your requirements are for slabs, walls, floors, or beams, we have the experience and expertise to design and execute detailedstel forming solutions that employ the latest EZY-STRYP® magnetic clamping devices. Previous projects include simple side rails, adjustable side rails, bulkheads, double faced side rails, headers, and a wide variety of sizes and shapes of round and rectangular blockouts.

EZY-STRYP® stackable magnetic side rails are an innovative method developed by Spillman to meet the requirements of precasters and prestressers needing to cast products of different thicknesses utilizing an adjustable side rail system. Each EZY-STRYP® stackable side rail begins with a base rail with a minimum thickness of 4 inches. Risers are then meticulously fabricated in combinations allowing 2, 3, or 4 different thicknesses in each stackable side rail set. In each case, the base rail has magnet pockets and EZY-STRYP® button magnets placed in the appropriate spacing required for the maximum depth of the side rail system. EZY-STRYP® stackable side rails can be fabricated in a variety of lengths and with different end details to allow for a limitless combination of casting solutions. Common uses for EZY-STRYP® side rail magnetic systems include walls, floors, and pavement slabs. The most popular combinations include base rails of 4, 6, and 8 inches with risers of 1, 2, or 4 inches. A combination of laser and plasma cut steel parts are employed to provide for accurate and interchangeable details for many years of productive use.
EZY-STRYP® magnetic steel chamfers are fabricated from C1018 cold rolled steel chamfer fitted with magnets and are available in 10 foot lengths.
EZY-STRYP® plastic chamfer is 8 feet long. It is a great magnetic solution in either a straight or curved application.
