Spillman Company was a charter member of the National Precast Concrete Association. We are pleased that two of our presidents, William Coons in 1972 and Theodore W. Coons in 1988, have been honored as Robert L. Yoakum Award recipients of the NPCA. Since the 70’s we have been actively involved in the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. We are further involved as members of ASTM C­13 on Concrete Pipe and C­27 on Precast Concrete, as well as numerous national, state, and local organizations associated with the concrete products industry.

The American Concrete Pipe Association is the spokesperson for the concrete pipe industry in all matters affecting the industry’s welfare. ACPA members contribute to the improvement of our environment by producing quality concrete pipe, engineered to provide a lasting and economical solution to drainage and pollution problems.

The NPCA is a trade organization for the precast concrete industry that consists of a coalition of over 850 companies worldwide. The NPCA is dedicated to promoting the use of quality precast concrete products by helping its members succeed while concurrently working in the public interest.

The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute is an organization made up of of producers, suppliers, and professionals involved in the precast and prestressed concrete industries. The purpose of the PCI is to promote the design and use of precast and prestressed concrete products.
